At arenaflex, you'll work alongside a talented team of passionate individuals who are building new products and services every day on behalf of our customers. **Job Summary** As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing real-time, hands-on support to our customers in our delivery stations. You'll be responsible for managing difficult customer situations, analyzing data, and using problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues. If you're a customer-centric individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional support, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Manage difficult customer situations while using empathy through phone and email; Respond promptly and prioritize customer needs; Solicit customer feedback to improve customer experience. * Analyze data; Use stories and experience to complement data; Willing to seek out and develop work flows and procedures. Look for ways to improve and promote quality; Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness while meeting established deadlines. * Use Problem Solving skills to identify and resolve customer-facing issues in a timely manner. Gather and analyze information skillfully to develop alternative solutions. * Effectively communicate; Listen and get clarification; Focus on solving customer needs, maintain confidentiality, and follow policies and procedures. * Balance team and individual responsibilities; Exhibit objectivity and openness to others' views; Give and receive feedback; Contribute to building a positive team environment; Commit to goals and objectives; Support team's efforts to succeed. * Treat people with respect; Inspire the trust of others; Support organizational values and goals with integrity. * Support affirmative action and respect diversity. * Carry, lift, push, and pull up to 49 pounds. * Stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long. * Work in a warehouse production environment where noise level and temperatures vary (personal protective equipment provided). **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong analytical and data analysis skills. * Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds. * Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment. * Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services. * Certification in customer service or a related field. * Bilingual or multilingual skills. **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong analytical and data analysis skills. * Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 49 pounds. * Ability to stand, kneel, crouch, and/or stretch during shifts up to 12 hours long. * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and conflict resolution. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Strong attention to detail and accuracy. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
