About the Role: Customer Service Associate As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative of our brand, engaging directly with pharmacy customers across various communication platforms. Your role will be pivotal in providing outstanding care and wellness services, ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms, addressing a variety of topics with empathy and professionalism. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as necessary to resolve issues efficiently. Go above and beyond to wow our customers, thinking critically to provide personalized solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards. Essential Qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-focused environment, demonstrating a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed, adapting to the dynamic nature of our customer service environment. Ability to pass a background check for KY Rx Tech license, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
