**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Delivering exceptional customer experiences through courteous, friendly, and efficient service
* Registering sales on assigned cash register and processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently
* Recommending items for sale to customers and suggesting trade-up and/or companion items to enhance their shopping experience
* Maintaining a clean and well-merchandised store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays
* Implementing careerzynith asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss
* Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products
* Assisting with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures
* Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and suggestive selling of promotional photo products
* Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store condition and appearance
* Complying with all careerzynith policies and procedures and maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or specialized training preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or healthcare environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, coworkers, and management
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
