You will work closely with our customers, colleagues, and management team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all. If you are a motivated, customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services * Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and process voids, returns, and exchanges * Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockroom * Develop and maintain displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional displays * Assist with the separation of food items, including raw and pre-cooked foods, and restock outs using the first-in, first-out technique * Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo services, banner print, and creative machine * Take on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders in Picture Care and fulfilling requests * Assist with external and internal support by maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment * Conform to all company policies and procedures, maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues * Perform other tasks and duties as assigned **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours * Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods **Preferred Qualifications** * 6 months of experience in a retail environment * Previous experience working with blithequark * Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico) * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively * Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
