You'll be the go-to person for answering questions, resolving issues, and making recommendations to customers. If you're a team player with a passion for customer service, we want you to join our arenaflex family! **Key Responsibilities** * Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services * Resolve customer issues and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience * Model and share customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience * Provide customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service * Recommend items for sale to customers and recommend trade-up and/or companion items * Register customer purchases on assigned cash register, collect cash, and distribute change as requested * Process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed * Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records * Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader * Implement Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss * Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) * Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise * Assist with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures * Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print, and creative machine * Assume web pick-up responsibilities (monitors orders in Picture Care Plus, fills orders, and delivers orders to customers) * Assist with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance * Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers **Essential Qualifications** * Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours * High school diploma or equivalent required * Previous retail experience preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred * Prior work experience with arenaflex preferred * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) preferred * Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations * Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time * Basic knowledge of store systems and store equipment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
