Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for modeling and conveying a unique and magnificent client experience, ensuring that every customer interaction is respectful, fair, and productive. Key Responsibilities Registers sales on designated sales register, provides clients with respectful and efficient checkout service, and resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience. Engages clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and answering questions to ensure a seamless experience. Models and shares customer support best practices with colleagues, including relational habits (e.g., welcoming, eye-to-eye contact, courtesy) and arenaflex service values (e.g., offering assistance proactively, recognizing needs, servicing until satisfied). Provides clients with respectful, friendly, quick, and efficient help, recommends items for purchase, and suggests upsell or cross-sell opportunities. Maintains counters and retires clean and well-marketed, takes inventory, and keeps records, while also checking in and pricing stock as required. Carries out Organization resource protection methods to identify and minimize profit loss, ensures compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items, and develops and maintains displays, including special, seasonal, and sale stock. Assists with separation of food items, product positioning, and stock rotation, and provides client assistance in the photo area, including digital photo services and sales of special photo items. Takes on web pick obligations, screens orders, and delivers orders to clients as they arrive at the store. Maintains a clean, neat, and deliberate store environment and appearance, and conforms to all organization policies and procedures. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico). You should also be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates with at least six months of experience in a retail environment and previous work experience with arenaflex. Being conversant in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) is also a plus. Additionally, the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, is highly desirable.
