Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team in Houston. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for modeling and conveying an unmistakable and superb client experience, registering sales, providing clients with polite and effective checkout administration, and resolving client issues. You will work closely with our team to deliver a particular and wonderful client experience, including relational propensities and arenaflex service qualities. Key Responsibilities Engage clients and patients by greeting them and offering help with items and services Settle client issues and answer inquiries to ensure a positive client experience Model and offer client support best practices with all colleagues to deliver a unique and superb client experience Furnish clients with polite, friendly, quick, and efficient help Recommend items available for purchase to clients and suggest exchange up and/or companion items Register client purchases on allocated sales register, collect cash, and dispense change as mentioned Keep counters and retires clean and well-promoted, take stock, and maintain records Execute Organization resource protection methods to identify and limit benefit loss Ensure compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items Develop and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super designs, and sale stock Assist with partition of food items and product placement as determined by policies/procedures Provide client support in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and creative machine Take on web get obligations, including screening orders, picking items, and delivering orders to clients Assist with outside and inside maintenance by ensuring a clean, sleek, systematic store environment and appearance Conform to all organization policies and procedures; maintain respectful associations with colleagues Complete special tasks and other undertakings as allocated Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Ability to read, write, and speak English (except in Puerto Rico) Expectation to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Preferred Qualifications Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment Prefer previous work experience with arenaflex Prefer ability to read, write, and speak English (except in Puerto Rico) Expectation to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
