**The Role**
As a Customer Service Associate (CSA) at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in facilitating intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. Your primary responsibility will be to create a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. In addition to facilitating intake calls, you'll:
* Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews
* Provide exceptional client service experiences
* Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients
* Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients

* **Flexibility**: You'll need to be available to work a variety of schedules, including hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends.

* **Call Center Experience**: You'll need to have experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center software and scheduling tools.
* **Organizational Skills**: You'll need to be highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* **Verbal Communication Skills**: You'll need to possess excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
* **Typing Skills**: You'll need to be able to type quickly and accurately while taking calls.
