Our team is passionate about creating a culture that's inclusive, supportive, and empowering, where everyone has the opportunity to grow and thrive. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Engaging customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services * Resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a positive customer experience * Modeling and sharing customer service best practices with all team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience * Providing customers with courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service * Recommending items for sale to customers and recommending trade-up and/or companion items * Registering customer purchases on assigned cash register, collecting cash and distributing change as requested * Processing voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed * Keeping counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, taking inventory, and maintaining records * Implementing Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss * Ensuring compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco products) * Constructing and maintaining displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise * Assisting with separation of food items (e.g., raw foods from pre-cooked) and product placement as specified by policies/procedures * Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, suggestive sell of promotional photo products * Assisting with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance * Complying with all company policies and procedures; maintaining respectful relationships with coworkers **Training & Personal Development** As an Experienced Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll have access to: * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge * Performance feedback and coaching to help you grow and improve * Opportunities to take on new challenges and responsibilities * A supportive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork **Basic Qualifications** To be considered for this role, you'll need to: * Be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Be willing to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Six months of experience in a retail environment * Prior work experience with arenaflex * Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico) * Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours **Equal Opportunity Employer** arenaflex is an equal opportunity employer, including disability/veterans.
