**Experienced Customer Service Associate – Arabic and English Support**

**What You'll Do**
As an arenaflex Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing solutions in a timely and professional manner
* Utilizing various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to effectively communicate with customers
* Providing exceptional support experiences that meet or exceed customer expectations
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and arenaflex policies to provide accurate information to customers
**Your Schedule**
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll work variable hours to match our customer demand, including day, late, and overnight shifts. Your work week will be a minimum of 40 hours, with the possibility of working on national holidays. You'll learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A minimum age of 18 years old
* The right to work in Egypt
* A minimum qualification of a high school degree - Passed
* Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (both written and oral fluency)
* Experience working with a computer
* The availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within our operating hours
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, weekend, and overtime as required)

* Hard-working, articulate, and detail-oriented
* Friendly and customer-focused in every situation
