**Responsibilities**
As an Amazon Locker+ Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery in a fast-paced retail environment.
* Assisting customers with questions and concerns, providing solutions to problems, and ensuring a positive experience.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to careerzynith's high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
* Managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, ensuring seamless operations, and meeting customer needs.
* Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders efficiently.
* Receiving truck deliveries, processing shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory management.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need to:
* Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation.
* Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
* Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week.
* Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
