Duties & Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Associate may include:
Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
Assisting customers with questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, providing creative solutions and exceeding expectations
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to careerzynith's high standards
Managing responsibilities for a Locker location, including opening and closing site, and ensuring seamless operations
Utilizing technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders
Receiving truck deliveries and ensuring timely processing
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll need to possess:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in fast-paced situations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m., with schedules varying week to week
