**Responsibilities and Duties**

As a Customer Service Assistant at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:

* Reviewing bills of materials and maintaining them in our system
* Answering incoming calls from customers and vendors in a professional and courteous manner
* Performing month-end processing and maintaining accurate financial records
* Processing credits and debits in a timely and efficient manner
* Maintaining all vendor files and contact information, ensuring up-to-date and accurate records
* Providing excellent communication skills, including helpfulness and patience in dealing with vendors, customers, contacts, and fellow employees
* Following established company safety policy and procedures
* Communicating effectively with Production Supervisors and co-workers
* Demonstrating a strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity in all aspects of the job
* Performing administrative functions, such as electronic and physical filing, scanning, copying, and organizing documents, and creating company documents
* Maintaining electronic documents, including miscellaneous spreadsheets for the office
* Entering receivers into our ERP software
* Maintaining office supply stock levels and keeping the office supply room organized
* Assisting other departments administratively as needed
* Performing other general duties as required by management staff

**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* The ability to read and comprehend basic verbal and written instructions, and read and interpret drawings, blueprints, sketches, instructions, and specifications
* A willingness to accept and receive frequent training, supervision, and assistance from positions and supervisory personnel
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate with many levels of personnel effectively and tactfully in various situations and environments
* The ability to work in a team-oriented environment
* The motivation to learn and adapt to new situations
* The ability to work in a manufacturing and fast-paced environment
* Reliable transportation and punctuality for each assigned shift
* The ability to work overtime as needed
* The ability to pass a pre-employment physical examination and drug screen

**Education and Experience**

We are looking for a candidate with:

* A High School Diploma, associate degree preferred
* One (1) year of Administrative Assistant experience is preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, with advanced Excel skills
* SharePoint & Salesforce experience preferred
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to learn and follow instructions
* Clear and precise communication skills and the ability to work within a team
* Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse environment
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication skills, customer service skills with the ability to handle stressful situations
