With over 100 company-operated supply centers across the United States, we're dedicated to serving our customers with the highest level of service and support. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through: * Responding to customer needs thoroughly and in a timely manner, with accuracy and detail * Developing and maintaining a high level of product knowledge * Fielding and resolving customer issues and questions * Performing inside sales duties as needed * Utilizing consultative selling skills to establish, develop, and service new customer accounts * Providing quotes to customers and processing customer orders * Scheduling product deliveries and communicating with customers * Ordering inventory for replenishment * Maintaining a safe work environment and operating in a safe manner * Supporting the Supply Center Team in achieving overall goals and objectives * Accurate order entry * Following and executing any additional direction given by the Branch Manager to assist in achieving overall goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Ability to multi-task and make business decisions in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment * Composed under pressure * Results-driven with a positive attitude * Effective time management and organizational skills * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to learn and adapt to new technology * Physical ability to frequently stand, walk, bend, talk, and listen **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * College degree * 2+ years' experience in a retail/wholesale environment with a demonstrated success working with customers * Microsoft Excel, Office, and Outlook experience * General knowledge of the building industry **Work Environment** As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll work in a warehouse environment and office space, with frequent use of company communication devices, such as a computer, cell phone, and printer.
