Job Overview
In this remote position, you will work from the comfort of your own home, providing routine service support to our customers who initiate contact with our Customer Care Center. Your primary responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and recommending solutions to ensure a positive experience for our clients. You will communicate directly with customers, as well as internal and external service partners, to effectively address questions, concerns, and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform customer service activities and initiatives for a broad range of products, services, and problem resolution across multiple channels
Deliver the CARES model to customers and service partners, ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience
Receive, investigate, and respond to customer inquiries regarding products, services, and issues via all channels
Resolve customer service inquiries and issues, recommending appropriate solutions and referring complex or recurring issues as needed
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, consistent with PNC's core values, and demonstrate a commitment to quality through customer and service partner interactions
Document customer interactions and complete service requests to minimize customer effort or additional action


Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. You should be customer-focused, with a strong understanding of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.

Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; related experience or product knowledge may be considered in lieu of a degree
Less than 1 year of related experience, with a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) considered
Ability to work in a remote environment, with a quiet, confidential space in a home location approved by PNC


Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or a related field, with a strong understanding of customer experience management and decision-making principles
Knowledge of PNC's products and services, with the ability to apply this knowledge to diverse situations and provide tailored solutions
Strong technical skills, with the ability to advise, educate, and engage clients on a variety of technological tools and resources

Compensation and Perks
The base salary for this position ranges from $39,940 to $50,600, depending on geographic location, market data, and individual skills, experience, and education. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also be eligible for a comprehensive range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision options, as well as employee and spouse/child life insurance.
