Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service and Social Media Creation Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service via phone and chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Creating engaging social media content, including videos, graphics, and posts, to promote arenaflex's brand and services Designing and developing 3D models and animations using Blender, a 3D design tool Producing high-quality social media reels and TikToks to showcase arenaflex's products and services Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies and campaigns Utilizing graphic design skills to create visually appealing social posts, email marketing materials, and website content Available Shifts and Schedule We are currently looking for candidates to fill the following shifts: Monday Call Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 1:00 P.M. EST Tuesday Chat Shift: 8:00 A.M. EST - 12:00 P.M. EST Thursday Chat Shift: 2:00 P.M. EST - 6:00 P.M. EST These shifts are available to start ASAP, and we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your academic commitments.
