**Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions**
As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service experiences, building trust and confidence with our clients
* Scheduling appointments and managing customer interactions in a fast-paced, technology-rich environment
* Utilizing active listening skills to quickly determine the nature of objections and respond appropriately
* Proactively taking action to resolve customer needs and improve skills through practice
