**Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions**

As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer experiences through personalized and helpful interactions
* Building trust and confidence with clients by being proactive and responsive to their needs
* Determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately using active listening skills
* Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
* Improving skills through practice and applying new knowledge or skills quickly
