As a Premier Service Consultant specializing in customer acquisition and service, you will be the frontline in providing solutions to prospective and existing customers, optimizing their service experience, driving satisfaction, and loyalty. Your goal will be to provide effective and timely resolutions for customers, deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services, and meet monthly sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
