Responsibilities As a Customer Service and Sales Representative at blithequark, your responsibilities will include: Managing large amounts of incoming calls and generating sales leads. Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools. Meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas. Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and following up to ensure resolution. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Taking the extra mile to engage customers and provide exceptional service. Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you should have: 3+ years of experience in sales and customer service roles with customer-facing responsibilities. The ability to be trustworthy and work independently. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in using Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM applications. Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the ability to exercise independent judgment. Bilingualism is considered an asset. A minimum of 3 years of customer service and sales experience. Some college or vocational school education is preferred. Other Details Please note the following: This is a position that requires all work shift availability, including nights and weekends. Providing daycare or homeschooling on a regular basis for children or other dependents is not permitted. The chosen applicant will be required to successfully complete background and employment reference checks. Training starts immediately, and hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 8 am-8 pm, Saturday, 10 am-7 pm, and Sunday, 1 pm-4 pm EST. Work from Home Office Requirements To work from home, you will need: To reside in the Continental United States and be a US citizen. A designated workspace that is free from noise and other distractions. A remote office internet connection with high-speed internet access (not a hotspot). A PC or laptop (not a Chromebook or Mac) with at least 8GB RAM and a screen resolution of at least 1024 x 768. A headset (not mandatory).
