We're seeking an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team in Buffalo, NY. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, providing personalized coverage options, and delivering a seamless client experience. As an Experienced Customer Service and Sales Representative at careerzynith, your key responsibilities will include:
* Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing timely and effective solutions to their insurance needs
* Educating clients on insurance options that meet their needs, taking the time to understand their goals and objectives
* Providing support throughout the application process, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for our clients
* Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding, building strong relationships and trust
* Tracking all communication and sales activity using CRM tools, staying organized and focused on key performance indicators

The expected salary for this role is $55,000 - $82,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
