**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service and Sales Professional at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Providing fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
* Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell entire projects
* Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
* Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards
* Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
* Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of our sales team
* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and services
* Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a retail environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* Strong product knowledge and sales skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in a department store or home improvement store

* Experience with sales software and technology
* Ability to speak multiple languages
