**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide fast, friendly service to customers by actively seeking out their needs and providing assistance
* Learn about products using arenaflex tools and provide information to customers to sell entire projects
* Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments
* Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
* Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
* Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments
* Participate in sales growth initiatives, including lead generation, pro account sales, and sales specialist roles
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or related environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet sales targets, and provide exceptional customer service
* Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, operating a cash register, and processing transactions
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
