Job Overview As a Customer Service and Returns Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our Locker+ retail locations. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will also assist customers with questions, resolve issues, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery Assist customers with questions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, such as opening and closing the site Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders Receive truck deliveries and manage inventory Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around Go up and down stairs (where applicable) Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week What it's Like at blithequark Locker+ Locations Our blithequark Locker+ locations are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and convenient shopping experience for our customers. You will be working behind a counter, assisting customers, and sorting packages, with opportunities to work in a variety of locations, including Whole Foods Market, freestanding locations, partner retailers, or even in the lobby of a warehouse.
