Job Overview As a Customer Service and Returns Associate at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at our Locker+ retail locations. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will also assist customers with questions, resolve issues, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare packages for delivery Assist customers with questions and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including managing responsibilities for a Locker+ location, such as opening and closing the site Use technology, such as smartphones and handheld devices, to sort, scan, and prepare orders Receive truck deliveries and manage inventory Perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around Go up and down stairs (where applicable) Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week What it's Like at blithequark Locker+ Locations Our blithequark Locker+ locations are designed to provide a safe, comfortable, and convenient shopping experience for our customers. As a Customer Service and Returns Associate, you can expect to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail. You will be working behind a counter, assisting customers, and sorting packages, with opportunities to work in a variety of locations, including Whole Foods Market, freestanding locations, partner retailers, or even in the lobby of a warehouse. Work Environment Safety: Your safety is our top priority, and we provide safe working conditions and protective gear Surroundings: You'll be working in a comfortable, climate-controlled environment with minimal noise levels Activity: You'll be on your feet for the majority of your shift, helping customers and sorting packages Dress code: Relaxed, with a few rules to follow for safety, including comfortable, closed-toe shoes and protective safety footwear (where applicable) Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, able to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English, and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, lift up to 49 pounds, and stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours.
