Job Overview As a Customer Service and Remote Virtual Assistant for the US healthcare industry, you will play a vital role in preparing and assembling medical record documentation, ensuring compliance with hospital and medical facility policies, and providing exceptional support to our healthcare providers. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and assemble medical record documentation/charts for physicians, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation, adhering to HIPAA and Joint Commission regulations. Update patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient's record, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times. Prepare and send all documentation to physicians for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures. Monitor the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with healthcare providers. Comply with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission, to maintain the highest standards of patient care and confidentiality. Perform other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
