**The Role**

As our Customer Service and Office Manager, you'll be an integral part of our small yet dynamic team. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing our office operations, and working closely with our team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. **Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable
* Manage office operations, including but not limited to:
+ Answering and directing phone calls
+ Responding to emails and correspondence
+ Maintaining accurate records and files
+ Coordinating travel arrangements and schedules
+ Managing office supplies and inventory
* Develop and implement processes to improve office efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate with our design team to ensure that customer feedback and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
* Assist with special projects and events, such as fashion shows, photo shoots, and trade shows
* Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
* Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities, adapting to changing circumstances and deadlines
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other external partners
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, office management, or a related field
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and external partners
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in the fashion industry or a related field
* Knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and terminology
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other industry-specific tools
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
