Job Overview As a Customer Service and Logistics Associate at blithequark, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of our Locker+ locations. You will be responsible for receiving, processing, and dispatching customer orders, as well as providing top-notch customer service and support. Key Responsibilities Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery in a timely and efficient manner Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using critical thinking and creativity to find solutions Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and ensuring compliance with blithequark's policies and procedures Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders, as well as to communicate with customers and colleagues Receive truck deliveries and ensure accurate and efficient processing of inventory Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years old with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirements and safety guidelines in English Have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management Be able to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Be able to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation Be available to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week Preferred qualifications include: Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to perform job duties Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service skills, with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a focus on flexibility and resilience Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
