About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative (Property and Casualty) in a remote capacity. Key Responsibilities Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs and provide personalized solutions. Advise clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their insurance plans. Process new and amended enrollments efficiently and accurately, ensuring seamless customer experiences. Deliver expert customer service with a smile, fostering long-term relationships and promoting customer loyalty. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution. Essential Qualifications Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence. Active license to sell P&C insurance. High school diploma or GED. Passion for helping others, with a patient and empathetic nature. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Fluent in English or Bilingual (Spanish/English). Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software and other digital tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
