As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our claims coordination team. This includes data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, follow-up on missing information, review of invoices for accuracy, and compilation of reports from systems with claims information. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Primary data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
* Follow-up on missing information to process claims efficiently
* Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Compile reports from systems with claims information to support claims coordination efforts
* Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders, including claims coordinators and other team members
* Collaborate with the claims coordination team to resolve issues and improve processes
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims information
* Adhere to arenaflex's policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality guidelines

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
* Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
* Willingness to submit to a background investigation and provide proof of work authorization

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience in a claims coordination or insurance-related field
* Familiarity with claims management systems and software
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Certification in customer service or data entry (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES))
