**Job Summary**
We're seeking a PM Cust Serv/Data Entry professional to join our team in a remote work environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and administrative support. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth and development.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through effective communication, including receiving, sending, and distributing emails
* Maintain daily attendance and punctuality, adhering to a Monday-Friday schedule with a start time of 2:30 PM
* Efficiently sort, handle, and process paperwork as needed, including typing, data entry, scanning, and filing
* Maintain daily reports in Word, Excel, and Crown (careerzynith's company system)
* Verify and complete required documentation and reports
* Perform other duties as assigned, including adhering to company safety policies and reviewing drivers' paperwork and updating computer entries as needed
* Safely perform job duties, including walking, reaching (including above your head), bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling
**Essential Qualifications**
* At least 18 years of age
* Highly motivated individual with attention to detail
* Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator
* Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
* Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
* Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation
* Prior office experience in the transportation industry is a plus
* Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with data entry, typing, and administrative software
* Familiarity with transportation industry software and systems
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
