**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service and Data Entry Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing paperwork, and maintaining accurate records. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Process paperwork, including sorting, handling, and filing documents as needed
* Maintain accurate records and reports in Word, Excel, and Crown (company system)
* Verify and complete required documentation and reports
* Perform other duties as assigned by management
* Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
* Safely perform physical tasks, including walking, reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling as necessary to perform job duties
* Review drivers' paperwork and update computer entries as needed
**Skills and Experience**
* At least 18 years of age
* Highly motivated individual with a strong attention to detail
* Ability to count and perform basic math, with or without a calculator
* Ability to follow instructions and complete required training
* Ability to work independently and/or as a team member
* Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without an accommodation
* Prior office experience in the transportation industry is a plus
* Basic written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.)
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or data entry, preferably in the transportation industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry software
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures
