About the Role We are seeking highly motivated and experienced customer service professionals to join our team in Manasquan, New Jersey. As a Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling emergency signals, notifying and verifying alarm signals, and dispatching the proper authorities. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive starting pay of $17.49 per hour, shift differentials up to $4.00 per hour, and bilingual differentials. Key Responsibilities Handle emergency signals in a timely and professional manner Notify and verify alarm signals to ensure accurate response Dispatch proper authorities when needed, following established protocols Provide exceptional customer service to residential and commercial clients Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple calls simultaneously Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to quality and compliance standards Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or emergency response environment Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility, as we operate 24/7 Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications and technology systems Ability to commute to our Manasquan, New Jersey location for training and potential on-site work Preferred Qualifications Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively Knowledge of alarm monitoring systems and emergency response protocols Previous experience working in a team-oriented environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
