**Job Summary**

We're seeking experienced Customer Service and Call Center professionals to join our team as Customer Solutions Advisors. As a Customer Solutions Advisor, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service. This position offers the opportunity to engage with diverse customers, offering support and guidance, and to work in a fast-paced environment that's always challenging and rewarding.

**Positions Available**

We have several positions available, including:

* **Call Center Associate**: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their concerns, providing information, and assisting with order inquiries.
* **Customer Support Specialist**: Serve as a point of contact for customers, offering expert assistance, troubleshooting problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Solutions Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
* Resolving customer concerns and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
* Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery
* Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively
* Handling customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Providing excellent customer service and support to customers via phone, email, or chat
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
* Meeting or exceeding customer service performance metrics and goals

**Requirements**
