Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service and Benefits Specialist to join our remote team. As a key member of our sales and service team, you'll play a vital role in connecting with potential and existing customers, assisting with inquiries, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a fantastic opportunity for self-motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and develop their career in sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support: Assist with inbound customer inquiries, provide product information, and recommend solutions based on customer needs to drive sales.
Customer Service: Provide timely, friendly, and professional support to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads by engaging with potential customers and introducing them to our offerings.
Product Knowledge: Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate benefits and solutions to customers.
Order Processing: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and following up on delivery status.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve sales goals, share feedback, and continuously improve customer experience.
Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer records and sales data using our CRM system.


Qualifications
We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with the following qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (college degree is a plus): We're open to candidates with various educational backgrounds, but a college degree is a plus.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal): You should be able to engage and build rapport with customers, both in writing and over the phone.
Self-starter with a positive attitude: We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and develop their career in sales and customer service.
Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment: You should be able to work effectively in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, CRM systems): You should be comfortable using basic computer software and systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities: You should be able to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
