Key Responsibilities

Researching and locating the best pricing and options for clients based on their needs
Planning and promoting accommodations and travel scenarios to meet customer requirements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
Be at least 18 years old
Be a resident of the United States
Have a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (although this is not necessary, we'll provide training and support to help you succeed)
Be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently
Be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly beneficial in this role:
Previous experience in the travel industry or a related field
Knowledge of travel industry software and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
