Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of our organization. Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets, processing transactions and balancing daily exchanges. Check in passengers and baggage, answer phone calls, and resolve issues or complaints. Manage upset customers due to oversales, delayed or canceled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged baggage, resolving issues quickly and within company guidelines. Provide current and accurate fare, schedule, reservations, and flight arrival/departure information to customers and other airport visitors. Complete forms and reports as required by the organization. Write anomaly and protest reports as necessary. Perform other work-related duties as directed by management. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. The ability to type or use a computer keyboard with adequate speed to meet the demands of the job. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds. The capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities. Awareness of hazardous situations and the ability to handle emergencies on a case-by-case basis. The ability to work under tight time constraints to achieve quick turns of aircraft. A well-groomed appearance, adhering to company appearance standards. U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. The ability to lift and/or move objects up to 70 pounds frequently and repetitively lift or move loads of 40 to 50 pounds onto raised surfaces. The ability to climb, twist, bend, and stand frequently and for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences are highly valued: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. Ability to speak multiple languages. Familiarity with airline operations and procedures.
