About the Role We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Agent Trainee to join our team at our central offices in Sils. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service via telephone, email, web, and other channels Manage and resolve transportation and product-related incidents Offer expert advice to customers on product quality, features, and technical support Handle customer complaints and returns, ensuring timely and effective resolution Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize customer service operations Ideal Candidate We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and is eager to learn and grow with our company.
