**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)**
As a Customer Service Agent on our Sports team, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with players and guests via live chat, email, and phone to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Utilizing internal resources to assist players with account statuses and histories.
- Delivering exceptional customer service that builds value in careerzynith's brand.
- Assisting guests with booking hotel reservations and RSVPs for special events.
- Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues players experience with products.
**What We're Looking For (Qualifications)**
- High School diploma or College Degree required.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service/customer support.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to maintain a friendly disposition under pressure and handle frustrated players.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
