Job Overview
As a Member Service Specialist at arenaflex, you will be an integral part of our 100% remote Contact Center team, dedicated to providing top-notch support to our members, pharmacies, and healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibility will be to answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and address inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
Receive and respond to incoming calls and emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor's offices regarding medication requests, benefits, and other inquiries
Investigate and resolve member complaints in a courteous and efficient manner, escalating issues to senior team members when necessary
Adhere to and reinforce arenaflex's standard operating procedures, training guidelines, and HIPAA regulations to ensure compliance and maintain the highest standards of quality
Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must meet the following minimum requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Eligibility to work in the United States without requiring a work visa or residency sponsorship
A dedicated, secure, and private home workspace with a reliable internet connection (cable, DSL, or fiber) and a quiet environment with minimal distractions
Availability for a 6-8 week training program
Preferred Qualifications:
Call center experience, particularly in the healthcare industry
Remote work experience and a proven ability to work independently
Fluency in Spanish
Strong PC skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and professionalism
