As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Handle inbound and outbound calls for our private transportation clients
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
* Use software provided to take down customer information and communicate with clients via WhatsApp
* Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless communication and support
* Log in and log off for each shift, and communicate with the next agent before your shift ends
* Communicate ahead of time if you're unable to cover a particular day or shift
* Meet or exceed performance targets, including call volume and reservation completion rates
**Essential Qualifications**
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
* Proficiency in using software and technology to manage customer interactions
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
* Experience working with software and technology to manage customer interactions
* Familiarity with the private transportation industry
