**Requirements**

* 1-2 years of experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or SaaS environment
* Experience working remotely is a plus, but not required
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with minimum supervision
* Openness to working in shifts and adapting to changing priorities
* A conducive remote working environment with a stable internet connection, hardware, and power
