Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Customer Service Agent to join our remote cargo operations team. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's cargo services, including products, pricing, and promotional offers, to provide expert advice and support to clients. Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. You should be highly organized, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience in customer service, cargo operations, or a related field is highly desirable, although not essential. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, logistics, customer service).
