Job Summary We are looking for experienced Customer Service Agents to work from home, providing exceptional support to our members via phone, web, or written correspondence. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for resolving complex issues, answering questions, and guiding members through their benefits and plan details. Key Responsibilities: Respond to member inquiries and resolve issues via phone, web, or written correspondence Provide personalized support and guidance to members, helping them navigate their benefits and plan details Answer questions and address concerns from members, providers, and other stakeholders Document and track interactions with members, providers, and other stakeholders Escalate complex issues to senior staff as needed Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark plans, products, and resources Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution Essential Qualifications: Four-year certification or equivalent Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or healthcare environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a production environment Familiarity with clinical terminology and healthcare industry Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a second or third shift schedule Prior experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other productivity software Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
