Key Responsibilities

Issue, reissue, and refund passenger tickets, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions
Book, ticket, and confirm flight reservations, providing exceptional customer service and support
Rebook passengers on oversold flights and during irregular operations, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills
Perform passenger check-in and seat assignment, rectifying oversold seat assignments and issuing upgrades as needed
Issue vouchers and coordinate with contractors for passenger hotel accommodations, food, and transportation, ensuring seamless travel experiences
Operate gate readers/scanners and related equipment, monitoring carry-on bags and ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Make boarding and departure gate announcements, providing clear and concise information to passengers
Deliver domestic and international flight files, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Perform passenger service flight close-out procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Accept, check, and tag passengers' bags at designated areas, maintaining a high level of customer service and attention to detail
Maintain the timeline of flight boarding processes, ensuring punctuality and efficiency
Process and complete credit card bag transactions at kiosks, activation stations, and ticket counter areas
Assist passengers with self-service kiosk check-in and kiosk bag processing, providing support and guidance as needed
Queue lines at ticket counter kiosks and ticket counters, managing customer flow and minimizing wait times
Clear and confirm international documents at kiosks, activation stations, and ticket counter areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Accept and activate passengers' self-tagged luggage at activation stations, providing efficient and secure baggage handling
Assist clients requiring special assistance or in-station support, demonstrating empathy and understanding
Perform customer service work related to handling local flights and contractor/ground handling agreements or contracts
Maintain regular and predictable attendance on site, including meeting any mandatory overtime requirements
Respond and assist during safety and/or emergency situations, prioritizing the well-being and safety of passengers and colleagues
Provide connecting passengers with gate information, ensuring seamless travel experiences
Provide exceptional customer service in a professional manner, adhering to arenaflex guidelines and standards
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards, maintaining a high level of integrity and accountability
Complete job-relevant training, developing new skills and enhancing knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service
Adhere to government regulations (e.g., DOT, FAA, TSA), ensuring compliance and maintaining a safe and secure work environment
Use multiple internal resources/systems during customer interactions, leveraging technology to enhance customer experiences
Wear uniforms as required by company policy, presenting a professional and consistent image


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

A high school diploma or GED or international equivalent
Bilingual language skills may be required in some locations
A valid driver's license as required by local authorities
To satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable
To be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
Completion of a pre-employment drug screen, full background check, and/or fingerprinting to meet company and security requirements
To be legally authorized to work in the U.S.


Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be advantageous:

Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System
Previous face-to-face customer service experience
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
