Experienced Customer Service Agent for Clinical Trials Support – 2nd/3rd Shift Opportunity with arenaflex in Indianapolis

Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for: Supporting, troubleshooting, and resolving end-user issues in client software applications for clinical trials Documenting all call information according to QA and internal standard operating procedures Monitoring team mailbox emails and documenting according to procedures Maintaining confidentiality as appropriate at all times Adhering to departmental procedures for all emergencies Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: A college degree (preferred) and at least one year of applicable experience Strong computer experience with Microsoft Office products and familiarity with SharePoint Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a team environment Excellent written and verbal English communication skills on a professional level, with strong phone skills A strong commitment to customer service and the ability to apply critical thinking and analytical skills to resolve daily issues Availability to work remotely within a 50-mile radius of Indianapolis and travel to client sites for urgent situations Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Bilingual skills in Spanish, French, and/or Japanese Experience working in a clinical trials or healthcare environment Familiarity with export-controlled commodities and technology Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong time management and organizational skills Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting your career growth and development.
