Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. Process cargo shipments, handle documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including operations teams, to ensure seamless cargo handling and delivery. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions to meet their needs. Maintain accurate records, track shipments, and perform other administrative tasks as required. Lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds, and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure safety. Work varied shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet operational requirements. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Valid driver's license. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift equipment, supplies, or items weighing up to 50 pounds. Willingness to wear required PPE, including hearing protection, safety toe footwear, and high-visibility safety attire. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in cargo handling, warehouse operations, or a related field. Strong typing and computer skills, with proficiency in cargo handling software.
