**Experienced Customer Service Agent – Airport Ticket/Gate Operations**

Your responsibilities will include: * Greeting customers, guiding them to their destinations, and assisting with ticketing and baggage check-in processes * Ensuring accurate travel documentation and making gate announcements as needed * Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to conveyor belts, with some bags weighing up to 70 pounds * Operating loading bridges and opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors * Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport * Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth airport operations **Scheduling and Work Environment** Scheduling is based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight. Each station is unique, with varying flight schedules. You'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your seniority.
