We believe in sharing success with our employees and offer a range of benefits and perks to help you keep climbing in your career. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Agent - Airport Operations and Ground Handling, your key responsibilities will include: * Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination. * Maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring that all interactions with passengers are professional and courteous. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a member of our airport operations team, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Shifts will range from early morning to overnight, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
