**Your Role as a Customer Service Advocate**
As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our members, clients, and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics like payment determinations, claims, and medical procedures.
* Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them efficiently and effectively, often in a single chat session.
* Educating customers on disease management programs and recommending healthy living programs tailored to their needs.
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members.
* Participating in regular development opportunities and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

**What We're Looking For**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus, but not required.
