**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Advocate I at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* Responding accurately and courteously to customer inquiries via telephone, written communication, web, or walk-ins
* Initiating adjustments and conducting research to resolve inquiries, coordinating with other departments as necessary
* Providing feedback to management on customer issues and maintaining accurate records of complaints
* Maintaining knowledge of quality work instructions and company policies, recommending process improvements
* Identifying and reporting suspected fraudulent activities and system errors
**Key Skills and Qualifications:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong human relations and organizational skills
* Ability to handle high-stress situations
* Good judgment skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Associate Degree
* 2 years of customer service or call center experience
* Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software
